Christie draws from nature for much of her inspiration. She is interested in the graceful quality of organic form and the clean lines and simplified archetypes of modern design. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and many are one of a kind.
Through an extensive apprenticeship with master jeweler Diannah Beauregard, years of self-teaching, experimentation, and workshops, she has furthered her knowledge of working with silver and gold, and refined her craftsmanship.
Christie lives in Asheville, North Carolina. Her work is currently at Studio 33 in Waynesville.
